"Cut 'yer own!'

Last Sunday we went out to a local tree farm to cut our tree for the year. It was quite cold & windy so needless to say we didn't dither over our selection ("How 'bout that one?" Yup, great, get it and lets go!).

That evening, after decorations were complete, Mama popped some cookies in the oven and we sat down on the kitchen floor with some ice cream and devoured the whole batch! It was obvious from Miki's energy level 3.5 minutes later that she hasn't had that much sugar in her system ever. Ooops.
