Delaware 2009

Ericka, Miki & Sam ventured to Delaware at the end of July this past summer to spend time with Nana, Pop and a whole smattering of cousins, aunts & uncles. A great extended family get-together to say the least.

Kids' concert on the green

The town of Williston, Vermont hosts a kids' concert during the summer once a week and it proved to be a great place to get the "ya-ya's" out. And to dip your toes in the green grass, of course.

Ballet

For one week towards the end of their stay, Miki was graciously allowed to attend a morning ballet lesson with Grammy.

Lake Willoughby

The girls spent a lovely summer day in northern Vermont at Lake Willoughby visiting Ericka's best friend from high school and her family.

Guimauve

"Down, down, down, in a burnin' ring of fire..."

Or in this case, a burnin' gooey 'smore sandwich. Miki told me it was a guimauve sandwich, French for marshmallow.
