Pies





A few days before Mel & Greg arrived, Ericka baked a very unique molasses pumpkin pie. Excellent with a strong cup of black tea. And then, one evening during their visit, Mel whipped off a fantastic lemon merangue pie. I can't recall the last time I ate a piece of lemon merangue pie but I can assure you it did not taste this good.
