With an almost-two-year-old and the arrival of autumn the order of the day was a leaf pile. Who doesn't recall (other than Floridians & Californians) a brisk fall day, jack-o-lanterns, Halloween and a big, crunchy mound of leaves? As soon as Mama & Papa had the pile big enough, Miki leaped and kicked her way in...

LOL ... don't dispair. Us CA kids got to rake leave too, though there weren't as many, nor were they that big. ;)
Of course, we also picked oranges in January. :D
(None of that here) :(
Oh ... and you should see the chickens! They've LONG outgrown that tiny box!
Oh how I loved to jump in leaves too!!!! Wishing I could join Miki...:)
Travis/Ericka,
Miki is beautiful! Not too many leaves left here in NH since we got a few inches of snow today. Rain the next few days, but it's brightened things up for now. Hope you guys have a great holiday, and any chance we'll see in the Northeast sometime soon?
Be well - Lougee
Hey, where's Kent?
