This is the 8 am sailing aboard a B.C. Ferries vessel between the Saanich Peninsula and the Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal south of Vancouver.
It is probably the most scenic route among the big 3 offering passage to the mainland from Vancouver Island. After slowly chugging along thru at least a dozen islands that make up only a "section" of the entire Southern Gulf Islands archipelago, comes a final "squeeze" between 2 islands and the near-simultaneous passage of the other, west-bound, B.C. Ferry. Quite exhilarating every time I'm a passenger.
Here I was last Sunday ready with a camera.
